Exchanges and returns
If you have received the wrong items or if the items you have received are defective, please send an email to info@ByNova.ca to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and sellable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in original condition.
Return Request
Please download, print, and complete the return form if you have not already done so. Request the return form via the form below. Send your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@ByNova.ca by email. After approval, ensure that your return shipment is well packed and meets all the conditions below. Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outside packaging of your package. Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@ByNova.ca

Return Conditions and Guidelines:
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and include the original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items. Ensure that all returned items are well packaged so they do not get damaged in the mail. Ensure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. Ensure the return form is approved - without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.
Simple Returns in Three Easy Steps:
Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we do not want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
